Getting Ready

 

Please bring:

  • Canadian Government Approved Personal Floatation Device (PFD) or life jacket
  • Wetsuit (optional but preferable)
  • Change of clothes each day.
  • Bathing suit or clothes that you are willing to get wet.
  • Windbreaker or rain jacket .
  • Sweater or warm layer.
  • Ball cap or other hat.
  • Soft-soled shoes that can go in the water.
  • Strap for eye glasses.
  • Sunscreen.
  • Lunch.

Please take note of directions to the location of your lesson.

Please arrive on time.

If this is your first lesson of the season with NASC then please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the lesson. This will give you time to find the location and introduce yourself to the instructor.

All students will benefit if everyone is ready to make the most of their lesson by taking the above measures.
